The minimum age for our courses and workshops is 16 years.

No worries — it happens! Through the NOMO app, you can cancel your lesson up to 6 hours in advance. This will allow you to reschedule and make up the lesson at a time that suits you. If you cancel within 6 hours before the lesson starts, unfortunately making up the lesson is no longer possible.

If a course lesson is canceled due to the absence of the instructor, the lesson will in principle be made up or a substitute will be arranged. If possible, it will be considered whether the lesson can continue on a self-directed basis without the presence of the instructor.

As long as the registration is not final, you can always cancel free of charge. If your registration is final, you can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the course starts. After that, there are costs involved, which you can read about in our course terms.

After registration, you will have the option to pay with your bank via iDeal.

Cash payment is not possible and we do not keep cash money in the studio.

If there are insufficient registrations by the start date, the course may be canceled.

If there are insufficient registrations, we offer the option to enroll in a similar course or we will refund the full course fees paid.
