Always wanted to learn pottery?
Are you curious about what it's like to sit at the potter's wheel yourself? Our workshops offer you the perfect introduction to pottery. In a relaxed atmosphere and under professional guidance, you have the chance to discover the basics of this ancient craft.
What will you do?
In a group of a maximum of 14 students, we spend 2.5 hours under the guidance of a professional instructor getting hands-on with clay. You will learn the basics of pottery and create your first wobbly bowl, super creation, or artistic failed masterpiece.
After the workshop, we carefully finish your chosen creation, apply a white, shiny glaze layer, and fire it in our kiln. This process takes several weeks; after about five weeks, you can pick up your piece. Once it's ready, we will send you an email.
The only thing you need to bring is an old towel and a hefty dose of curiosity and creativity. This way, you can start working without worrying about dirty clothes—we provide aprons for that. After the workshop, you will clean your wheel so the studio is ready for the next group of enthusiasts.
